1. Production Timelines

We offer two tiers of production to meet your project deadlines:

• Standard Turnaround: 1 – 2 Weeks * Our baseline for most print and promotional gear.
• Expedited Production: 3 – 5 Days * Available for urgent projects upon request.

2. Shipping & Handling

We aim to keep your fulfillment process as simple as possible:

• Our Standard: We cover the cost of shipping. Ventanix generally provides complimentary shipping on all standard orders.
• Special Requests: If you require expedited shipping or have a unique logistical request, additional shipping fees will apply.

3. Sales Tax

• Rate: All orders are subject to the standard Maryland Sales Tax (6%).
• If your organization is tax-exempt, please provide your certificate at the time of your order.
